Sex workers' human rights are your human rights

Independently of

  • what kind of opinions you have about prostitution, porn, striptease, sex work, sex business or sexual morals

  • what kind of problems we have experienced in our lives or in our work

  • how or why we have entered into sex business

  • how well we are able to take care of bookkeeping or taxation

we are entitled to the same fundamental rights as all human beings:

  • the right to be heard and to participate in decison-making

  • the right to work and to free choice of employment

  • the right to just and favourable conditions of work

  • the right to get equal protection of the law against violence, abuse and illegal actions of the authorities

  • the right to be free from discriminating laws and actions of the authorites which are based merely on moralism, contempt and prejudice

  • the right to get health care, social services and legal aid equally and free from prejudice, discrimination and degrading treatment
